Designed for the Panamerican Institute of Higher Business, this contemporary construction integrates multiple buildings and components in a single development that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Featuring an administrative area with spacious, simple rooms spread out across 7 separate buildings, 4 auditoriums, 22 cafeterias, oratorio, a snack bar, industrial kitchen, and espalanade for events. Infused with an ambience of natural serenitity, we’ve designed a rooftop garden, artificial lake, and promenade adjacent to a waterfall with a reflecting pool.
